    We provide the necessary staffing to make sure your destination event runs smoothly. Our managers are there to unveil the wedding weekend from setup to strike and all the glorious layers in between.

    We manage the execution of your wedding day so you can enjoy it like a guest.

    The experience starts before the guests arrive and our job is not done until the last table is removed.

    For Floral & Décor clients, we offer design services that create the overall look and feel of your event.

    Our involvement is limited to these services, leaving the full coordination and planning we normally provide under the event banner to you or other partners.

    We offer hourly event planning consultations.

    Hourly planning is a great option for smaller events, when you need some help, or if you’re in a discovery phase and researching the options before committing to an event planner.

    Use this option, if you need help in searching, comparing, selecting the venue in Italy, and securing the date.

  • The Lake Como wedding cost depends on:

    • location,

    • guest count,

    • days of events (normally it’s 3 days),

    • entertainment program,

    • decor,

    • indoor/outdoor event and marquee (tent) needs,

    • food choices,

    • paying or not for the guests accommodation,

    • transportation.

    Having said that, the viral wedding with marquee and the fanciest location that you have seen on Instagram is most likely 350K+.

    The weddings we are focusing on are mostly within the range from 120K - to 500K for a 3-day event.

  • Pricing for planning services varies due to the event's size, length, and location.

    Planning fees are quoted as flat fees and will never increase or decrease after agreeing on the involvement.

    Our full planning fee starts at 12.000 euros and is approximately 10-12% of the event budget.

  • We help you with the planning of all event days in Italy and create an entertainment program for your guests.

    We'll be always available for you and will give suggestions in chats, Zoom, and emails.

  • If you plan to continue booking and managing vendors by yourself and need just a little guidance and professional advice, your best choice is the Hourly Consultations Package.

    If you understood that wedding planning is not something you want to dedicate a lot of your time in the nearest future, and want it professionally handled, inquire about Full Planning and tell us your story.

    We’ll make a custom offer based on your needs.

  • You can use our hourly consultation in a video call or communication assistance (we email and call vendors on your behalf), or event documentation preparation and review (budgets, timings, permissions, layouts, transportation, logistics, etc).

    One billable hour can be Zoom only, all work, or 50/50.

    Prices are:

    • the first 1 hour of consultation is 350 euro (for the best use of time, send us your questions/options/choices in advance for the best use of time;

    • the second and following consultations/work hours are 180 euros per session.

    • The 5 hrs bundle package is 900 euros.

    • A monthly subscription to our planning services that include 30 mins of consultation/work per week is 350 euro.

  • We love intimate events and plan those with joy!

    Please inquire about events smaller than 40 guests, not more than 12 months in advance. We’ll offer a custom fee, based on your needs.

  • 14-17 months in advance is a good time to start if you want to pick your specific date and location.

    If you are more flexible with dates, anytime between 12-6 months is a good time to start planning a wedding on Lake Como.

    We can plan a wedding in as little as 3 weeks, so feel free to contact us at any point and be very flexible regarding locations availability.
